Marijuana is a drug made up of the flowers and leaves from plants in the genus, Cannabis. Frequently the terms marijuana and cannabis are used interchangeably. Additional names used for marijuana include grass, pot, weed, tea, mary jane, sticky icky, kush, ganja, funk, greens, bud, and dope, among others. As a drug, marijuana is typically dried, crushed, and rolled into cigarettes (referred to as joints) or placed in pipes and smoked.
